Arrival and departure:
The arrival take place from 2 pm till 8 pm.
On the day of the departure we ask you to leave the rooms and apartments until 10.00 o'clock.
Payment:
Only cash payment possible.
Depost and Travel Insurance:
Things do not always turn out as expected.
So sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated on short notice.
- Reservations may be cancelled up to 3 months prior to arrival free of charge.
- Cancellations 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival – 40% of the full amount will be charged.
- Cancellations within the last 4 weeks prior to arrival – 70% of the full amount will be charged.
- Cancellations within the last 7 days prior to arrival – 90% of the full amount will be charged.
- In case of premature/early departure or no show the full amount will be charged.
We would like to spare you these costs and anger. That is why we offer as a special service to take out the HotelCancellation Plus Insurance. This insurance not only covers cancellation- and termination costs but offers more shelter for your Holiday in Austria and your beloved!
